Refund Policy

We do not require any
term commitments or contracts.

We do not refund
service fees as long as we are able to continue to
provide the intended services.

If you cancel service
for your own reasons we do not refund monies already
paid.

If you cancel in the
middle of the month we will not refund you the remaining
days in that month.

If you have paid for a
long-term account (i.e. bi-annual, annual) and cancel by
your own free will, we will not refund any remaining
months. If you have a long-term account and we raise or
lower our rates you will not be charged more or less for
the remaining months. When paying in advance you are
locking in the monthly rate that we have at the time you
signup.

If for any reason we
cannot provide Internet Access in your area we would, of
course, refund any unused fees.
